The IMG Young Marketer of The Year Award has gained so much traction over the past three years that we’ve now created an additional category.
Just as it says in the headline, the Marketing Team of the Year Award will recognise the breakthrough achievements of the Insurance industry’s best-performing Marketing team when it comes to creativity and spectacular results over the past 12 months.
Both awards, whether individual or team, celebrate the outstanding talent of people who’ve got what it takes to get the job done, who add value along the way and achieve measurable results with far-reaching impact. You know the ones!
The only awards run by the market, for the market
Nominated by peers and judged by an impressive panel of experts, the IMG Awards are still the first and only not-for-profit awards in our sector.
However, our independent and non-biased stance is only possible with the support of our partners, EDII, Lloyd’s of London and FREE Partners. And the support given by the LMG, IUA and LMA is also crucial to the smooth running of these awards.
The awards presentation ceremony will be held in The Old Library at Lloyd’s of London on 13 October 2022.
For the Marketing Team of the Year, EDII is awarding the winning team an innovation workshop called ‘6 in 6’ – six hours of specifically tailored activity using custom-built, digital templates to achieve a pre-agreed outcome. For the winner of the Young Marketer of the Year it’s a place on EDII’s Digital Minds programme for 12 months. It’s a fantastic prize and a golden opportunity for the winner to learn the latest digital technologies and techniques that will boost their career even further.

Young Marketer of the Year 2022
- Candidates should be nominated based on projects and activities they’ve been involved in between 30 June 2021 and 1 July 2022.
- Candidates must have been in Marketing for less than 5 years on 1 July 2022 and been actively involved in the Insurance industry for at least 12 months up to, and including, 1 July 2022.
Marketing Team of the Year 2022
- Teams should be nominated based on projects and activities they’ve achieved as a group between 30 June 2021 and 1 July 2022.
- Candidates must be in a team of at least 2, must have worked together in insurance marketing for at least 1 year and still be working together on 30 September 2022.
