Account Executive, Free Partners

 

Role overview

This role is responsible for providing support to the account management team with day to day project management, marketing/comms and administrative activities.

Reporting into a Account Manager, the role is vital for supporting the delivery of a stand out client experience – ensuring high quality work is delivered on time and on budget.

Main responsibilities

  • Updating the internal project management system
  • Assisting in the production cost estimates and quotes
  • Maintain the electronic organisation of client files, project documents and artwork
  • Liaising with designers, copywriters and suppliers in the production cycle regarding project deadlines
  • Liaising with clients to arrange meetings, submit quotes and obtain sign off for creative work
  • Understand client businesses and objectives
  • To effectively take comprehensive notes in client meetings as required, creating agendas, contact reports and updating the client Smartsheets
  • Meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments for client meetings
  • Ordering of office supplies, stationery and refreshments
  • Assist in digital content marketing publishing
  • Keeping on top of client projects, status’ of tasks and workflow
  • Develop an understanding of the Free Partners service offering and capabilities

The successful candidate:

  • Will be highly organised and conscientious
  • Will be highly motivated, able to use their own initiative and be proactive in their work
  • Will have at least grade C or above in both English and Maths GCSE
  • Will be ambitious and keen to learn
  • Will be professional, sociable and easily able to build relationships with the team, clients and suppliers
  • May have worked in a client facing role and be confident in dealing with individuals at all levels
  • May have a keen interest marketing, advertising, sales and/or business
