Everyone’s
a winner

Winning’s great, but just getting onto the award shortlist is a big win too. Our judging panel is a who’s who of our industry’s finest. So it’s great exposure for your nominee. And the ceremony is always held somewhere extra special – past year’s ceremonies have taken over the prestigious Old Library in the Lloyd’s building. This year, we’ll be over at Markel’s London office at 20 Fenchurch Street. We have also begun enrolling our finalists in a career workshop as of 2022.

The prize if they
go all the way

The winner’s prize is always about taking their career even further. A past example being a spot on EDII’s Digital Minds programme – a virtual 10-month course, equipping them with new concepts and techniques to empower their career in a digital age. Get the full story on EDII’s website.

Your young person should be nominated based on projects and activities they’ve been involved in between 30 June 2023 and 1 July 2024.

They must have less than five years’ marketing experience under their belt on 1 July 2024.

And been involved in the insurance industry for at least 12 months up to and including 1 July 2024.
